Job Purpose Provide all kinds of support to SH office admin daily operation to meet business requirement safely and efficiently. How You Make an Impact (Job Accountabilities) 1. Personal Safety coordination. Ensure daily work meet all EH&S requirements. Risks and non-conformities are addressed and reported properly. (5%) 2. Office facility, equipment and workplace coordination in Shanghai office. (10%) 3. Take part in the dept. day to day operation (75%) 1) Provide Admin support to office people 2) Support to organize the related admin activities like team building, annual party, ceremony, customer/distributor/government visiting and activities to cultivate company culture. 3) Help on visitor hosting and townhall preparation. 4) Serve as the Reception administration 5) Report maintenance work order and follow the progress. 6) Coordination of admin related service providers: a) Reception of foreign visitors b) Support Cleaning and Housekeeping, provide cleaning supplies and report the usage to supervisor. c) Office green plants maintenance. 7) Invoice, reimbursement report and any other company docs collection and mailing 8) Coordinate on meeting room and related system/device preparation. 9) Dispatch office supplies and other employee welfares. 10) Support employee locker and office public area management. 11) 5S routine check and office tour. 4. Other tasks assigned by supervisor. (10%)
