1、 負(fù)責(zé)公司所分派的大客戶案子,按時(shí)完成銷售目標(biāo); 2、 嚴(yán)格按照業(yè)務(wù)部的工作流程操作,合理控制成本報(bào)價(jià),設(shè)計(jì)樣品的管理與客戶實(shí)施有效溝通,達(dá)成項(xiàng)目合同的簽訂; 3、 及時(shí)反饋客戶信息,與公司內(nèi)部各部門實(shí)施有效溝通,使工程師及相關(guān)人員充分理解客戶要求; 4、 跟蹤管理客戶定制項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度,協(xié)調(diào)公司內(nèi)部資源實(shí)現(xiàn)客戶需求預(yù)期; 5、 按期完成各項(xiàng)目款項(xiàng)的回收,如有異常情況及時(shí)跟蹤反饋; 6、 協(xié)調(diào)并帶領(lǐng)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)不斷優(yōu)化和提升客戶服務(wù)水平,挖掘客戶潛力; 7、 模范執(zhí)行公司的各項(xiàng)規(guī)章制度,養(yǎng)成良好工作習(xí)慣,不斷提高個(gè)人綜合素質(zhì)。 任職資格: 1、 大專以上學(xué)歷; 2、 英語六級以上,聽、說、寫流利,能與國外客戶直接溝通; 3、 10年以上大中型EMS工廠工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),其中五年以上項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn); 4、 電腦操作熟練,能使用各種Office辦公軟件; 5、 很強(qiáng)的計(jì)劃、執(zhí)行、溝通及協(xié)調(diào)能力; 6、 積極主動(dòng),具有高度責(zé)任心,團(tuán)體合作精神,能夠承受較強(qiáng)的工作壓力。 Essential Responsibilities: 1. Lead a cross functional team to provide dedicated services to strategic customer 2. Manage project timelines with task based schedules, for both new projects and repeat orders 3. Make sure all RFQ be responded on time, monitoring cost of the BOM 4. Monitoring gross margin, inventory and accounts receivable, and drive for improvements if it is required 5. Be the focal point for customer, maintain and build good customer relationship Basic Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree 2. 5 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry, min 3 years project management experiences 3. Good communication skills and proactive attitude, good team spirit 4. Good PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint 5. Fluent in English and Mandarin 6. Willing to be based in Shenzhen, PRC
