【Finance BP】
· Acting as brand finance BP, provide financial support to the marketing department, including profitability analysis for new products, impact assessments of pricing adjustments and COGS changes, ROI analysis of marketing spending to help business decisions and uncover insights behind the numbers.
· Review and analyze brand and segment P&L, identify opportunities to improve gross margin and net profit, optimize SKU mix, and provide insightful suggestions to business partner. Drive finance-business collaboration initiatives and proactively identify projects to empower business growth.
【Financial Planning & Analysis】
· Deliver Reckitt global annual plan and quarterly forecast of marketing spending (PL/FC). Keep improving forecast accuracy through close communication with business and in-depth understanding of business. Conduct actual review to analyze the variance between actual and forecast, and summarize key learnings to improve forecast accuracy.
【Budget Setting & Control】
· Support the organization of strategic direction alignment meeting, cross-function coordinate and organize the meeting which determine the brand strategy and budget for the following year. Keep simulating and tracking the overall profit, issue timely risk warnings, thus ensuring the achievement of profit target.
【MEC & Internal Control】
· Ensure excellent execution of daily tasks such as month-end closing for marketing expenses, and strive to standardize and optimize existing workflows.
· Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with group finance policies and internal control procedures.
· Other ad-hoc tasks from team leader.
Requirements經(jīng)驗要求:
1) Possess a Bachelor of Accounting / Finance related degree with 2~3 years of relevant working experience which preferably should include Big 4 accounting firms/FMCG fin.
2) Able to read, write and communicate fluently both in English and Chinese. Equipped with strong communication and interpersonal skills to contribute as a team member.
3) This person should be numerate, analytical, adaptable, and with the ability to learn faster, and willing to go extra miles to reach challenging goals within very tight timelines
4) Comfortable working in a changing environment typical of a fast-growing business with large volume of data from multiple sources; able to connect the dots whilst performing the data analytics to generate useful insights to identify risks / opportunities for business improvements.
5) Proficient in Office is a must, as well as understanding of ERP systems.
