JOB DESCRIPTION – SALES MANAGER
We are a USA-owned company that is a technology leader. We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong and successful background with a sales team in the Asia Pacific Region selling composites used in medical, agriculture, oil & gas, construction, and pneumatic & hydraulic cylinders. Sales are mostly to OEMS on programs. 一、 崗位職責(zé)(Job Responsibilities):

1. 識(shí)別和了解亞太地區(qū)的復(fù)合材料競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)情況包括分析全球/區(qū)域軸承市場(chǎng)趨勢(shì),行業(yè)技術(shù)升級(jí)方向,制定差異化銷售策略。收集同行業(yè)新產(chǎn)品信息以及了解市場(chǎng)需求和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手動(dòng)態(tài),制定差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略。Identify and understand the competitive market situation of composite materials in the Asia Pacific Region, including analyzing global/regional bearing market trends, industry technology upgrade direction, and formulating differentiated sales strategies. Collect new product information in the same industry and understand market demand and competitor dynamics to formulate differentiated competitive strategies.
2. 同總經(jīng)理、副總進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃和銷售目標(biāo)的制定。Conduct strategic planning and sales target formulation with the general manager and vice president.
3. 能夠識(shí)別潛在客戶的新應(yīng)用,與關(guān)鍵決策者建立關(guān)系,并引導(dǎo)銷售過程取得成功;Ability to Identify new applications with prospective customers, building relationships with key decision makers, and help a sales process to a successful conclusion.
4. 處理客戶反饋。將客戶反饋的問題反饋給客服進(jìn)行原因分析,并提供解決方案; Deal with customer feedback. Deliver customer feedback problems to customer service for cause analysis, and provide customer with a solution.
5. 根據(jù)預(yù)算制定年度銷售預(yù)測(cè)和季度計(jì)劃,以擴(kuò)大現(xiàn)有客戶群和銷售量,擴(kuò)大亞太地區(qū)的市場(chǎng)份額。Make a yearly sales forecast and plan broken down into quarters with budget to grow the current customer base and sales volume, and expand market share in the Asia Pacific Region.
6. 銷售策略制定與執(zhí)行。Marketing strategy formulation and execution.
A.同產(chǎn)品最終消費(fèi)者、分銷商以及相關(guān)的支持人員建立開發(fā)關(guān)系; Establish development relationships with product end consumers, distributors and related support personnel.
B. 開發(fā)和維護(hù)銷售渠道(設(shè)計(jì)多個(gè)銷售網(wǎng)絡(luò):直銷(大客戶)、代理商等),協(xié)助公司制定渠道激勵(lì)政策;Develop and maintain sales channels (design multiple sales networks: direct sales (key customers), agents, etc.), and assist the company in formulating channel incentive policies;
C. 與總經(jīng)理協(xié)商,主導(dǎo)大客戶的銷售談判,代表公司參與客戶競(jìng)標(biāo),簽訂長(zhǎng)期合作協(xié)議,提供定制化解決方案。In consultation with the GM, lead sales negotiations of key customers, represent the company in customer bidding, sign long-term cooperation agreements, and provide customized solutions.
D. 代表公司在亞太地區(qū)參與市場(chǎng)活動(dòng),如研討會(huì)、展會(huì)等活動(dòng); Represent the company in the Asia Pacific Region with marketing activities such as seminars, exhibitions, workshops, etc.
E. 按照公司報(bào)價(jià)流程報(bào)價(jià),審核銷售合同技術(shù)條款以規(guī)避交付風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。According to the company's quotation process, review the technical terms of sales contracts to avoid delivery risks.
7. 協(xié)助銷售人員評(píng)估在新業(yè)務(wù)中應(yīng)用和生產(chǎn)不同產(chǎn)品的可行性。協(xié)調(diào)和配合銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)和技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì),確保工作的順利進(jìn)行。Assist sales personnel in evaluating the feasibility of applying and manufacturing different products in new business. Coordinate and collaborate between the sales team and the technical team to ensure the smooth progress of work.
8. 銷售風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理,包括市場(chǎng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控,監(jiān)測(cè)宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)波動(dòng)對(duì)軸承需求的影響,提前調(diào)整庫(kù)存策略,建立客戶信用評(píng)估體系,控制應(yīng)收賬款風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。Sales Risk management, including market risk prevention and control, monitoring the impact of macroeconomic fluctuations on bearing demand, adjusting inventory strategies in advance, establishing a customer credit evaluation system, and controlling the risk of accounts receivable
9.完成上級(jí)交辦的其它任務(wù)。

二、 技能要求 (Skills Required):
1. 工科類大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷,研究生優(yōu)先;
Bachelor's degree in engineering required. Graduate degree a plus.
2. 至少6年領(lǐng)導(dǎo)復(fù)合材料產(chǎn)品技術(shù)銷售團(tuán)隊(duì)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)。在沒有復(fù)合材料經(jīng)驗(yàn)的情況下,替代產(chǎn)品可以是軸承或氣缸相關(guān)產(chǎn)品。
At least 6 years successful experience with a technical sales team with experience in composite products. In the absence of composite experience, the most preferred alternative products are bearings or cylinder related products.
3. 能熟練操作Word, Excel, Outlook和其它商務(wù)系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用軟件;
Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and integrated business systems applications.
4. 流利的英語口語表達(dá)能力。Speaks fluent English with customers.
Other languages such as Korean or Japanese would be an asset.
