任職要求
1、本科以上學(xué)歷,模具設(shè)計(jì)管理10年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備英文書寫和溝通能力;
2、精通塑膠模具全流程:從產(chǎn)品DFM(可制造性分析)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)(含熱流道、頂出、冷卻系統(tǒng))到試模、量產(chǎn)問題解決,能預(yù)判并規(guī)避設(shè)計(jì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn);
3、熟練掌握專業(yè)工具:如AutoCAD、UG、SolidWorks等設(shè)計(jì)軟件,懂模流分析(Moldflow),能通過數(shù)據(jù)優(yōu)化模具結(jié)構(gòu),減少試模次數(shù);
4、材料與工藝認(rèn)知:熟悉不同塑膠材料(如PP、PC、ABS)的特性,以及注塑工藝參數(shù)對(duì)模具設(shè)計(jì)的影響,確保設(shè)計(jì)與生產(chǎn)匹配。
崗位職責(zé)
1、項(xiàng)目與進(jìn)度管控:能拆解項(xiàng)目任務(wù),制定合理排期,協(xié)調(diào)設(shè)計(jì)、采購、生產(chǎn)等跨部門資源,確保模具按時(shí)交付。
2、團(tuán)隊(duì)培養(yǎng)與賦能:指導(dǎo)下屬解決技術(shù)問題,梳理設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范(如標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件庫、設(shè)計(jì)checklist),提升團(tuán)隊(duì)整體設(shè)計(jì)效率與質(zhì)量。
3、溝通與問題協(xié)調(diào):能清晰對(duì)接客戶需求(如產(chǎn)品外觀、尺寸公差),也能快速協(xié)調(diào)試模、量產(chǎn)中的突發(fā)問題(如飛邊、縮痕),平衡成本與交付。
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with over 10 years of experience in mold design and management, and proficiency in English writing and communication.
- Master the full process of plastic mold operations, covering product DFM (Design for Manufacturability) analysis, mold structure design (including hot runner, ejection, and cooling systems), mold testing, and resolution of mass production issues. Ability to predict and avoid design risks is essential.
- Proficiency in professional tools such as design software (AutoCAD, UG, SolidWorks) and mold flow analysis (Moldflow). Capable of optimizing mold structures through data analysis to reduce the number of mold tests.
- Knowledge of materials and processes: Familiar with the properties of different plastic materials (e.g., PP, PC, ABS) and the impact of injection molding process parameters on mold design, ensuring alignment between design and production.
Job Responsibilities
- Project and progress management: Ability to decompose project tasks, develop reasonable schedules, and coordinate cross-departmental resources (design, procurement, production) to ensure on-time mold delivery.
- Team development and empowerment: Guide subordinates in solving technical problems, organize design specifications (e.g., standard part library, design checklist), and improve the overall design efficiency and quality of the team.
- Communication and problem coordination: Clearly align with customer requirements (e.g., product appearance, dimensional tolerances) and quickly address unexpected issues during mold testing and mass production (e.g., flash, sink marks), while balancing cost and delivery timelines
