Key Responsibilities:
1.Order Validation & Processing
Verify pricing, taxes, credit limits, and SLA compliance.
Ensure accurate entry of customer and product details in ERP systems.
2.Cross-Functiona Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams for approvals and stock allocation.
3.Dispatch & Fulfillment
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve issues like delays or short shipments.
4.Customer Support
Handle escalations professionally and provide timely updates.
5.Reporting & Analytics
Maintain dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Required Skills:
1. Technical
ERP systems: SAP SD / Oracle OM.
Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic analytics.
2.Domain
Sales order management, invoicing, GST compliance, pricing structures.
