1.顧客服務:以積極熱情的態(tài)度迎接顧客,記錄訂單并提供食物與飲品,解答顧客關于菜單的疑問。
2.訂單處理:準確將訂單輸入銷售系統(tǒng),使用信用卡讀卡器或收銀機完成收款,并快速計算找零。
3.團隊協(xié)作:與廚房團隊緊密合作,按照烹飪指示、安全程序及衛(wèi)生要求準備食物與飲品。
4.環(huán)境維護:確保餐廳日常清潔,包括清理餐桌、送回托盤、掃地拖地、清洗消毒廚房用具及清潔衛(wèi)生間。
5.投訴處理:專業(yè)、冷靜地處理顧客的擔憂與投訴,根據(jù)餐廳政策及時解決問題。
6.展示更新:定期更新標牌與展示內(nèi)容,以吸引顧客并提升品牌形象。
7.庫存管理:盤點并補充展示柜、餐桌及柜臺內(nèi)的物品,確保物料充足。
8.合規(guī)操作:嚴格遵守食品安全法規(guī)與質量控制措施,確保顧客的用餐安全與滿意度。
任職要求
1.經(jīng)驗要求:至少1-2年食品與飲品制備經(jīng)驗,具備餐飲服務背景者優(yōu)先。
2.服務意識:積極的態(tài)度,致力于客戶滿意度與卓越服務。
