1. Refocusing organizational structure on operational objectives;
重新聚焦組織架構(gòu)以實(shí)現(xiàn)公司運(yùn)營(yíng)目標(biāo);
2. Providing HR support to managers & supervisors in his/her assigned scope;
為管理人員提供人力資源支持;
3. Advising employees for consultations and improve proximity with employees to defuse crisis as early as possible;
為員工提供咨詢(xún),提升和員工的溝通,盡早解決潛在危機(jī);
4. Ensuring the efficiency and application of HR policies, procedures and processes.
確保人力資源政策、程序和流程的有效性和適用性。
JOB DESCRIPTION 崗位描述:
1. Be responsible for communicating and publicizing the corporate culture in the business department, ensuring the implementation of the company's rules and regulations and the relevant compliance;
負(fù)責(zé)在業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)溝通和宣導(dǎo)公司的企業(yè)文化,保障公司規(guī)章制度的實(shí)施及落地執(zhí)行和相應(yīng)的合規(guī)性;
2. Support the business department's staffing, new hire’s integration, probationary period assessment, performance review, monthly bonus, job grading promotion, contract renewal, training implementation, its feedback and evaluation of the effect, competency enhancement for key position holders, improve incentive mechanisms and staff separation and other employee management;
支持業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的人員招聘錄用、新員工融入、試用期考核、績(jī)效考核、月度獎(jiǎng)金、職級(jí)晉升、合同續(xù)約、培訓(xùn)實(shí)施反饋和效果評(píng)估、關(guān)鍵崗位人員能力提升、完善激勵(lì)機(jī)制以及人員離職等員工管理工作;
3. Organize internal communication and employee cohesion activities to enhance employee satisfaction and talent retention, and support business units to develop and complete relevant action plans;
組織內(nèi)部溝通和員工凝聚力活動(dòng),提升員工滿(mǎn)意度和人才保留率,支持業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)制定和完成相關(guān)的行動(dòng)計(jì)劃;
4. Standardize employee relationship management, coaching to improve the business department's employee relationship management capabilities, handling employee disputes, labor arbitration and other relevant matters;
規(guī)范員工關(guān)系管理,輔導(dǎo)提升業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)員工關(guān)系管理能力,處理員工糾紛,勞動(dòng)仲裁等事宜;
5. Support department managers and HRM to implement talent review, calibration and people development planning;
支持部門(mén)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和人力經(jīng)理實(shí)施人才盤(pán)點(diǎn)、校準(zhǔn)和人員發(fā)展規(guī)劃;
6. Supporting the establishment of leadership or organizational effectiveness assessment mechanisms to diagnose leadership/organizational development needs;
支持建立領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力或組織效能評(píng)估機(jī)制,以診斷領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力/組織發(fā)展需求;
7. Support project work of the business department on HR relevant module to improve the efficiency and quality of the operational management;
支持業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)項(xiàng)目工作中涉及HR模塊的內(nèi)容,提高運(yùn)營(yíng)管理效率及質(zhì)量;
8. Update in HR relevant system, output HR analysis reports based on the needs of business departments;
人力系統(tǒng)信息更新,針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)需求,輸出HR分析報(bào)告;
9. Deeply understand the business, flexibly apply HR professional knowledge, and assist business departments to develop concise and applicable HR solutions to solve business pain points;
深度理解業(yè)務(wù),靈活應(yīng)用人力資源專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí),協(xié)助業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)制定簡(jiǎn)潔適用的HR解決方案,以解決業(yè)務(wù)痛點(diǎn);
10. Functional work within the responsibilities of the HR department like attendance management, training management, internal communication, company event organization, brand promotion etc.;
HR部門(mén)職責(zé)內(nèi)的專(zhuān)項(xiàng)工作,考勤管理,培訓(xùn)管理,公司內(nèi)部溝通,活動(dòng)策劃組織、雇主品牌宣傳等;
11. HR project work like HR system launch/upgrade, HR process improvement, HR digitalization, and HR Audit, etc.;
人力系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)目,人力流程改善項(xiàng)目,人力數(shù)字化和人力審計(jì)等項(xiàng)目工作;
12. Collaborate with HR shared services on relevant topics;
就相關(guān)主題與人力資源共享服務(wù)部門(mén)合作;
13. Other tasks assigned by the HRM.
其它部門(mén)經(jīng)理安排的工作。
JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS 崗位要求 & 資格:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of HR work experience;
本科及以上學(xué)歷,5年以上人力資源工作經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2. Business-oriented thinking, familiar with the six modules of human resources, labor and employment laws and regulations, proficient in recruitment, corporate culture, organization and talent development, at least 2 modules, with the problem solving capability;
業(yè)務(wù)導(dǎo)向思維,熟悉人力資源六大模塊,勞動(dòng)用工法律法規(guī),精通招聘、企業(yè)文化、組織與人才發(fā)展等至少2個(gè)模塊,具備解決問(wèn)題的能力;
3. Good learning ability, highly organized, able to take the initiative to understand the business in-depth, sensitive to the needs of the business sector, able to take on multiple roles, multi-task work;
具備良好的學(xué)習(xí)能力,做事有條理,能夠主動(dòng)深入了解業(yè)務(wù),對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)部門(mén)的需求保持敏感性,能夠承擔(dān)多角色、多任務(wù)的工作;
4. Excellent communication and coordination skills, team spirit, work ethics, strong sense of responsibility for the work, able to withstand work pressure.
優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力,團(tuán)隊(duì)精神,恪守職業(yè)道德,對(duì)工作有強(qiáng)烈的責(zé)任心,具備承壓能力。
SKILLS & LANGUAGE 技能和語(yǔ)言要求:
1. Office software like excel, PPT, Power BI etc.;
辦公軟件應(yīng)用能力,比如excel, PPT, Power BI等;
2. English communication;
英文溝通能力;
