職位描述

企業(yè)客戶渠道銷售
崗位職責(zé)：
1、開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)客戶(水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)、經(jīng)銷商等)確保完成銷量任務(wù)。
2、對(duì)銷售任務(wù)負(fù)責(zé)，落實(shí)銷售計(jì)劃。
3、做好產(chǎn)品推廣工作，保證重點(diǎn)產(chǎn)品及新產(chǎn)品的順利推進(jìn)。
4、識(shí)別供應(yīng)商風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、物流風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等，并制定相應(yīng)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
5、根據(jù)市場(chǎng)調(diào)研結(jié)果和公司業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略，制定供應(yīng)鏈產(chǎn)品的規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì)，明確產(chǎn)品定位、功能特點(diǎn)以及用戶體驗(yàn)。
6、關(guān)注用戶反饋，分析用戶行為，進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品用戶體驗(yàn)的持續(xù)優(yōu)化，對(duì)客戶滿意度負(fù)責(zé)。
7、負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品的各生命周期，對(duì)用戶負(fù)責(zé)，產(chǎn)出安全、穩(wěn)定、易用產(chǎn)品。
崗位要求:
1、水產(chǎn)營(yíng)養(yǎng)與養(yǎng)殖相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè)，熟悉水產(chǎn)動(dòng)保行業(yè)，?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷。
2、有水產(chǎn)動(dòng)保銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3、具有良好的溝通能力。
4、能接收駐外工作（江蘇南通）。
