Main Job Advertisement (Quality Inspector Coatings涂裝檢驗(yàn)員)
SinoStruct is a part of the Monadelphous group based in Western Australia. As a result of the continued growth and strategic expansion at SinoStruct, an opportunity exists for a Quality Inspector Coatings preferably with some steel/fabrication background to join our growing team.
You will be ensuring that all fabrication workshops are adhering to the ITP, undertaking inspection activities and initiates corrective actions. Such activities will include, but not limited to visual inspection and the use of test equipments such as WFT & DFT, salt contamination tests & blast profile gauge to assess compliance to code and specification and day to day monitoring of surface treatment.
The minimum requirements are:
- NACE 2 Qualifications or equivalent SSPC
- Be proficient In English
- Oil and Gas experience preferred
- Willing to Travel

Ensure Implementation of Projects (ITP’s etc).

technical advice and suppport
Provide technical advice and assistance to the local fabrication workshops on all painting related activities.

training and recruitment
Assist with training through experience of the on site Monadelphous/Sinostruct Quality management requirements to other relevant site personnel.
Verify suitability of qualifications/experience of sub-contractor personnel authorised to undertake inspection activities.

client liaison
May be required to directly communicate directly with client representatives , in consultation with the on site Sinostruct Supervision, to review and resolve any complaints or concerns of clients from a quality perspective.

review and Auditing
Undertake inspection activities and prepare inspection records in accordance with inspection and test plan or other agreed requirements.
Verify suitability of corrective or preventive action where required to eliminate existing or potential causes of non-conformance.
Review and compile inspection records for compliance with agreed requirements.

Undertake other tasks and projects to support Sinostruct projects.
