一、崗位職責(zé)
1、通過分析市場趨勢、客戶需求和競爭動態(tài),利用歷史銷售數(shù)據(jù)、庫存數(shù)據(jù)等,制定短期和長期需求計劃;By analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics, and utilizing historical sales data, inventory data, etc., to develop short-term and long-term demand plans;
2、確保庫存水平合理,避免過?;蚨倘?定期檢查庫存,及時調(diào)整采購和生產(chǎn)計劃,提高庫存周轉(zhuǎn)率;Ensure that inventory levels are reasonable, avoiding excess or shortages, regularly inspect inventory, adjust purchasing and production plans in a timely manner, and improve inventory turnover rates.
3、與生產(chǎn)部門協(xié)作,確保生產(chǎn)計劃與需求計劃一致;Collaborate with the production department to ensure that the production plan is consistent with the demand plan;
4、與銷售、市場、財務(wù)等部門協(xié)作,制定綜合計劃,根據(jù)市場變化和銷售情況,及時調(diào)整需求計劃;Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance departments to develop comprehensive plans, adjust demand plans in a timely manner according to market changes and sales conditions;
5、識別供應(yīng)鏈中的潛在風(fēng)險,如原材料短缺、物流延誤等,制定應(yīng)急預(yù)案,確保在突發(fā)情況下能迅速調(diào)整計劃;Identify potential risks in the supply chain, such as raw material shortages, logistics delays, etc., and develop contingency plans to ensure rapid adjustments to plans in the event of emergencies.
6、及時響應(yīng)客戶需求,確保產(chǎn)品供應(yīng),及時處理客戶反饋,改進(jìn)需求計劃;Respond promptly to customer needs, ensure product supply, handle customer feedback in a timely manner, and improve demand planning;
7、完成上級主管或公司交付的其他相關(guān)工作。Complete other related tasks assigned by the superior manager or the company.
二、任職要求:
1、熟練使用ERP系統(tǒng);Proficient in using ERP systems;
2、具備10年及以上計劃管理相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗,醫(yī)療器械同行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮;Possessing 10 or more years of experience in planning management, priority will be given to those with experience in the medical device industry.
3、熟練使用Excel、SQL、BI工具等進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析。Proficient in using Excel, SQL, BI tools, and other data analysis tools.
4、?具備一定的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力及供應(yīng)鏈管理知識,有良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及問題解決能力,了解醫(yī)療器械行業(yè)知識。Possessing a certain level of data analysis skills and supply chain management knowledge, having good communication and coordination abilities and problem-solving skills, and understanding the medical device industry knowledge.
三、學(xué)歷要求:
1、崗位要求具備本科及以上學(xué)歷;The position requires a bachelor's degree or above;
2、要求為工科相關(guān)專業(yè)。The requirement is for engineering-related majors.
