崗位職責(zé)
1. Be responsible for order release, tracking, and production progress
coordination to ensure the effective execution of the production plan.

3. Initiate and implement necessary purchasing projects, conduct supplier
market research and evaluation, negotiate prices and capacities, improve
cost/production effectiveness.
發(fā)起并執(zhí)行必要的采購項目，開展供應(yīng)商市場調(diào)研與評估，就價格與產(chǎn)能進行談判，提升成本效益與生產(chǎn)效率。
4. Implement regional purchasing strategy for assigned commodities including
but not limited to new supplier development, benchmarking, cost model etc.
實施指定品類的區(qū)域采購策略，包括但不限于開發(fā)新供應(yīng)商、進行對標(biāo)分析、構(gòu)建成本模型等。
5. Support programs launch to meet timing and quality requirement.
助力項目啟動，確保滿足時間和質(zhì)量要求。
6. Responsible for annual cost reduction and value chain review, identify
the risk/opportunity, take right action and try the best.
負責(zé)年度成本削減及價值鏈評估，識別風(fēng)險與機遇，采取恰當(dāng)行動并全力以赴。
7. Other responsibilities assigned.

任職要求
? Bachelor or above with major in Mechanical design or Material Engineering
background.
機械設(shè)計制造及其自動化或材料學(xué)專業(yè)
? Min5-8 years procurement experience, prefer within the automotive
industry.

? NPI and program management experience will be a plus.

? Cross functional team experience with ability to perform plant.

? Fluent in both oral and written English.
