Develop and expand overseas distributor networks in the fire alarm and fire protection electronics sector, achieving sales targets set by the company;
Establish and maintain strong business relationships with international distributors, align them with the company’s product strategy and sales policies, and track their performance and market execution;
Identify and develop key account (KA) and OEM business opportunities, especially among engineering companies, system integrators, and fire safety solution providers;
Provide timely feedback on local customer needs, competitor activity, and regional market trends, supporting product localization, certification applications, and market-entry strategies;
Collect and analyze information on local fire protection standards, product certification requirements (e.g. UL, EN54, CE, CCC, local standards), and industry regulations to support business development and compliance;
Work closely with internal R&D and product teams to ensure product offerings meet local market and certification requirements.
Requirements:
Proficient in English and fluent in the local language of target market(s);
3+ years of international sales or distributor development experience in the fire alarm or fire protection electronics industry;
Familiarity with local product certification systems and regulatory standards (e.g. civil defense, third-party certification bodies, national codes);
Strong communication, business development, and negotiation skills;
Preferably with prior experience at fire alarm manufacturers, system integrators;
In-depth knowledge of at least one regional market: Central Asia, Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa, Southern Europe, or Latin America;
Willingness to travel extensively as required;
Vietnamese nationals are highly preferred for targeting the Southeast Asian market.
