施工施工管理結(jié)算給排水熱能現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)維物業(yè)管理電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備
東莞華為項(xiàng)目 崗位職責(zé): 1.熟悉并掌握項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所有空調(diào)、通風(fēng)和給排水系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)和設(shè)備情況; 2.制定所有空調(diào)、通風(fēng)和給排水設(shè)備設(shè)施的日常運(yùn)行操作、維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、專業(yè)檢測(cè)等的工作流程和程序以及作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書和各種計(jì)劃; 3.對(duì)所有現(xiàn)場(chǎng)技術(shù)人員進(jìn)行空調(diào)操作和維護(hù)程序和作業(yè)指導(dǎo)書的專業(yè)培訓(xùn); 4.針對(duì)現(xiàn)有空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)和給排水系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行和有效性,提出有效的專業(yè)意見和建議,實(shí)施有成效的節(jié)能措施; 5.收集和整理HVAC系統(tǒng)和給排水系統(tǒng)及消防水系統(tǒng)的所有圖紙和設(shè)備資料,并定期更新; 6.定期參加空調(diào)通風(fēng)系統(tǒng)和給排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)備設(shè)施及消防水系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)評(píng)估(至少每年一次),及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)較大的設(shè)備/系統(tǒng)問題或風(fēng)險(xiǎn),提出高水準(zhǔn)的專業(yè)分析報(bào)告和維修改造方案,交客戶審批并跟進(jìn)后期實(shí)施工作; 7.負(fù)責(zé)空調(diào)、給排水、消防系統(tǒng)項(xiàng)修業(yè)務(wù)及工程業(yè)務(wù)實(shí)施單位的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工管理,包括制定或?qū)徍思夹g(shù)方案或施工圖紙和施工方案、組織招評(píng)標(biāo)(只限小型增改)、工程驗(yàn)收、數(shù)據(jù)錄入、績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)、結(jié)算資料審核、其它第三方現(xiàn)場(chǎng)接待和問題求助解決等; 8.負(fù)責(zé)管理現(xiàn)場(chǎng)專業(yè)維保單位的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)服務(wù),督促其完成計(jì)劃中的空調(diào)、給排水系統(tǒng)專業(yè)維保以及應(yīng)急維修和故障恢復(fù)等工作,確?,F(xiàn)場(chǎng)工作的安全高效; 9.負(fù)責(zé)協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部的聯(lián)絡(luò),確??蛻衄F(xiàn)場(chǎng)的空調(diào)符合舒適性要求; 10.不定期針對(duì)客戶的其他項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行專業(yè)技術(shù)支持,階段性參與客戶其它項(xiàng)目的技術(shù)評(píng)審、客戶其它區(qū)域業(yè)務(wù)交叉檢查和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建設(shè)等相關(guān)工作; 11.完成上級(jí)分配的其他各種工作。 任職資格: 1.統(tǒng)招大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷及以上, 2. 5年以上本專業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),制冷或相關(guān)專業(yè)畢業(yè), 3.有管理冷水機(jī)組等大型設(shè)備的經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備獨(dú)立完成工作的能力。
