1. Achieve a personal sales target and be accountable for personal sales plan and pipeline;
2. Determine or support to determine the overall sales and segmentation strategy and opportunity pursuit plans to maximise sales effectiveness and leverage *****’s local and global resources;
3. Partner effectively with *****’s consulting network, marketing and relationship management as well as ***** to achieve the sales target;
4. Identify opportunities and develop them from start to closure, including coordination of *****’s tender/proposal process;
5. Exhibit strong discipline on managing personal pipeline and ensuring that the pipeline remains fresh and relevant;
6. Contribute to creating compelling value propositions for the market and where necessary, for a specific client, drawing on all of the internal resources and ensuring the clients’ needs are understood and communicated back to the business;
7. Ensure that compliance in the use of *****’s client relationship management system to ensure accurate data for senior management totrack ***** and monitor sale performance;
8. Represent ***** in the market on employee health and benefit matters, when required
9. Participate in regional sales professionals development activities aimed at enhancing our effectiveness and growth around the region;

JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
1. Seven or more years of relevant sales experience and/or industry experience required.
2. Successful business to business sales experience (professional/financial services preferred)
3. Successful experience selling to executive/senior level employees
4. Strong communication skills when liaising with different category of potential
clients/internal stakeholders
5. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to the communication style
dependent on the needs of the audience
6. Demonstrated experience in products/solutions selling to mid to large corporations
7. Sales performance focused and a strong sense of personal accountability
8. Negotiation and influencing skills both internally and externally
9. Ability to work across the business in partnership with internal stakeholders
10. Ability to work autonomously to achieve set results
