Cloud Nine Textiles(Shanghai)Co.,Ltd based in Shanghai, is a prominent company in the business of Home Textiles, is importer in USA doing Home Textiles .We are now seeking a talented merchandiser to join our team with a focus on Home Textiles
Seasoned Merchandising Manager to lead the a department in Shanghai, managing end-to-end merchandising operations and ensuring seamless coordination with the New Jersey team. The
role focuses on vendor management, production oversight, and driving operational excellence in a competitive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead and manage 8–10 merchandising staff, ensuring guidance, support, and
performance management
· Collaborate closely with New Jersey, Shanghai sourcing, QC, and shipping teams
· Maintain daily production updates and deliver weekly reports to the New Jersey team
· Build and sustain strong factory relationships; identify and address underperforming
vendors
· Oversee product development, sample approvals, color matching, and timely execution
· Track order production, shipping plans, and testing/sample approvals to minimize failures
and ensure on-time deliveries
· Attend trade fairs and exhibitions in China and abroad to explore new products and
vendors
· Support factories to meet production timelines and quality standards
· Maintain expertise in fabrics, hard goods, production processes, color matching, and
compliance
· Travel domestically and internationally as required

Experience & Skills
· Experience: Minimum 8 years in merchandising; exposure to U.S. retail (Walmart,Target, Costco, Dollar General) preferred
· Language: Mandarin proficiency is a plus

· Preferred: Prior experience with major U.S. retailers and understanding of U.S. retail customer expectations
