3 Make a KPI performance for supplier and review the performance monthly or quarterly;

4 Lead supplier PPAP submission and approval for new project , participate in internal quality CIP work for ELETEK plant.
主導(dǎo)新項目啟動供應(yīng)商PPAP文件的提交與批準(zhǔn)過程，積極參與工廠內(nèi)部質(zhì)量改進(jìn)工作。
5 Follow up supplier charge back status based on the quality agreement ;
根據(jù)供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量協(xié)議中的條款，積極跟蹤供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量問題索賠等情況
6 Support QE to improve the quality performance and push suppler continuous improvement.
協(xié)助現(xiàn)場質(zhì)量工程師共同提高質(zhì)量表現(xiàn)，推動供應(yīng)商持續(xù)改善。
7 Participate in the design review of incoming materials measurement tools, and conduct necessary skills training for incoming inspectors;
參與來料計量和測量工具的設(shè)計評審，并對進(jìn)料檢驗員進(jìn)行必要的技能培訓(xùn);
8 According to the arrangement of the manager, participate in the handling of customer quality complaints, analyze customer complaint issues and reply to customer analysis reports (such as 8D reports), etc.
根據(jù)經(jīng)理的安排,能夠參與客戶質(zhì)量投訴處理工作,分析客訴問題并回復(fù)客戶分析報告(如8D報告)等;
9 According to the manager's arrangement, participate in the quality system audit work (including internal audits and audits by the second and third parties), summarize the audit issues, and follow up on the rectification of the audit issues.
根據(jù)經(jīng)理的安排,能夠參與質(zhì)量體系審核工作(包括內(nèi)部審核和第二方及三方應(yīng)審),匯總審核問題,跟進(jìn)審核問題整改;
10 .According to the manager's arrangement, participate in the project APQP quality work, complete the PPAP process and the PPAP document package required by the customer, complete the control plan, and data analysis work such as R&R, Cmk, and Cpk at the project stage;
根據(jù)經(jīng)理的安排,能夠參與前期項目質(zhì)量工作,完成PPAP過程及客戶要求的PPAP文件包,完成項目控制計劃編寫,完成項目階段R&R,Cmk,Cpk等數(shù)據(jù)分析工作;
11.Complete other assignments arranged by quality manager；
完成質(zhì)量經(jīng)理安排的其他相關(guān)工作。
職位要求：
1.Bachelor or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering，Electronic Engineering or related.
大學(xué)本科以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械工程類，電子工程類等相關(guān)專業(yè)
2. Good knowledge of Supplier quality management system, tools, international standards and customer quality requirements (e.g., IATF16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, 8D, VDA 6.3 and etc.) 。
具備良好的供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系、工具、國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和客戶質(zhì)量要求（例如，IATF16949、APQP、PPAP、FMEA、SPC、MSA、8D 、VDA 6.3等等）的知識。
3.Good problem-solving skills, able to apply effective problem-solving methodology, including 8D/ 5WHY /Fishbone and other critical tools.

4.Good communication and coordination skills.
