Key
Responsibilities主要崗位職責:
1. Continue
improve demand planning process and
supply chain optimization. 持續(xù)不斷地改進需求計劃流程,保證供應鏈可以不斷優(yōu)化
a.
Generate
supply plans with manufacturing sites and CMO to ensure supply availability
與工廠及外部供應團隊配合制定供應計劃,確保供應的及時,準確,高效,靈活
b.
Identify
key supply-demand imbalance, evaluate options and propose solutions
針對產需不平衡問題,及時進行評估和制定解決方案
c.
Work
with sites to improve supply reliability and responsiveness
與工廠及外部供應團隊一起提高供應的反應速度
d.
Lead capacity planning
analysis with manufacturing sites for strategic decision making
對于影響策略的方案討論,與工廠及外部供應團隊一起主導產能分析并提供專業(yè)建議
e.
Risk management, includes
proactive risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan development
注重風險管理,及時發(fā)現(xiàn)風險,評估及相應的措施來降低風險帶來的損失
2. System management and process management.
系統(tǒng)管理及流程管理
a.
Work as key user of demand
planning system and facilitate the deployment of Project Hermes to improve
forecast accuracy and optimize demand planning processes
作為需求計劃系統(tǒng)的關鍵用戶,支持Hermes項目的上線,及項目上線后的預測準確率提升和需求計劃流程優(yōu)化的工作
b. Work as demand planning SME to consolidate and streamline demand
planning data cross categories
作為需求計劃主題專家,整合及優(yōu)化跨品類的需求計劃相關數(shù)據(jù)
3. Coordinate supply chain to support
NPI launch. 協(xié)調供應鏈支持新品上市
a.
Support
to complete SKU master file for new product
對新產品的主數(shù)據(jù)維護提供相應的數(shù)據(jù)
b.
Maintain
new product into planning systems
協(xié)助維護供應計劃系統(tǒng)下的新產品相關信息
4. Inventory management. 庫存管理
a.
Fully
understand the key planning parameters (lead-time, lot size, planning cycle,
supply reliability, demand variability, customer service target etc.), working
capital targets and E2E process
充分理解影響計劃的主要因素(采購交貨周期,計劃周期,供應穩(wěn)定性,預測波動性,客戶服務目標等),以及營運資金的目標和端對端的計劃流程
b. Regularly review parameters setting and make adjustment
定期回顧影響計劃的因素并不斷的優(yōu)化調整
c. Timely highlight aging stock, analyze root
cause and drive liquidation actions
及時反饋近效期庫存情況,分析其原因并且推動清貨計劃避免報廢
d. Manage stock levels for NPD and
re-launches/discontinuations
對新品,重新上市產品以及退市產品制定相應的庫存水平
e. Lead inventory optimization projects with
sites
領導工廠不斷優(yōu)化庫存管理
Requirements: 任職要求:
·
Bachelor Degree or above
學士學位或以上
· more than 5 years working experience in demand or supply planning,
familiar with supply chain operation, PO transaction
5年以上需求計劃或者供應計劃經驗,熟悉供應鏈運轉以及訂單管理
· Familiar with DP and SCP module of SAP, Good understanding of MRPII
concept
熟悉SAP系統(tǒng)的DP APO和SCP模塊, 充分理解MRPII
· Good understanding of concept and skills of inventory management, In-bound
& Out-bound management and working experience
專業(yè)的庫存管理知識以及技能,以及進出口管理經驗
· Good data analysis capability
較強的數(shù)據(jù)處理和數(shù)據(jù)分析的能力
· English CET-6, proficient in speaking, listening and reading
英語6級,英語聽說讀寫熟練
· Strong ownership and commitment. Good communication and coordination
skills. Quick learner and take initiative to drive change and improvement
強烈的責任心以及主人翁意識。良好的溝通,協(xié)作能力??焖賹W習能力以及推動持續(xù)改善的能力
· Digital related background or experience is highly preferred
有數(shù)字化相關背景或數(shù)字化項目經驗者優(yōu)先
