In Forvis Mazars China, the support function Quality & Risk Management QRM plays a key role in helping the service lines and service functions to deliver technical excellence and quality. It encompasses all activities related to the implementation of Quality standard framework – ISQM1 & 2 and in China CAS 5001 / 5002, to the methodology, tools, policies and procedures. It includes also Quality Control, Ethics, Acceptance/Continuance, consultations.
在富睿瑪澤中國,質(zhì)量與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理部(QRM)作為支持職能部門,在協(xié)助各業(yè)務(wù)線及職能部門實(shí)現(xiàn)專業(yè)技術(shù)卓越與服務(wù)質(zhì)量保障方面發(fā)揮著關(guān)鍵作用。該部門的工作范疇涵蓋與質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)框架(國際質(zhì)量管理準(zhǔn)則第 1 號及第 2 號(ISQM 1&2),以及中國《會計(jì)師事務(wù)所質(zhì)量管理準(zhǔn)則第 5101 號 / 5102 號》)相關(guān)的所有實(shí)施工作,同時(shí)涉及方法論、工具、政策及流程的相關(guān)事宜。此外,其工作內(nèi)容還包括質(zhì)量控制、職業(yè)道德、業(yè)務(wù)承接與續(xù)約、專業(yè)咨詢等。

1. Acceptance officer assistant: Assist the firm in acceptance and risk management, notably through the following tasks:

? Prepare independence checks to oversea Forvis Mazars offices through internal system and trace to receive back the responses and close the independence check in time
通過內(nèi)部系統(tǒng)向海外富?,敐赊k公室發(fā)起獨(dú)立性審核,并跟蹤收回獨(dú)立性審核的回復(fù)和及時(shí)關(guān)閉獨(dú)立性審核
? Assist in the Know Your Client & Anti-Money Laundering Check
協(xié)助執(zhí)行了解客戶和反洗錢的檢查工作
? Other tasks related to acceptance and risks management

2. Quality Management System Specialist 事務(wù)所質(zhì)量管理體系專員:
? Assist the project manager in designing quality management system of the firm in accordance with the ISQM 1 and Quality Management Standards for Accounting Firms No. 5101 - Quality Management for Professional Engagements, and develop quality controls and risk prevention measures based on business types (e.g., audit, consulting).
協(xié)助項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人根據(jù)國際質(zhì)量管理準(zhǔn)則第1號和《會計(jì)師事務(wù)所質(zhì)量管理準(zhǔn)則第 5101 號-業(yè)務(wù)質(zhì)量管理》的規(guī)定,設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所質(zhì)量管理體系,結(jié)合業(yè)務(wù)類型(如審計(jì)、咨詢)制定質(zhì)量控制節(jié)點(diǎn)、及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防范措施。
? Cooperate with the project manager to promote the implementation of quality management system, including explaining quality requirements to the project team, tracking the implementation progress of key controls, and coordinating to resolve issues during implementation.
配合項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人推進(jìn)質(zhì)量管理體系落地實(shí)施,包括向項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)講解質(zhì)量要求、跟蹤關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)執(zhí)行情況、協(xié)調(diào)解決實(shí)施中的問題。
? Participate in the effectiveness evaluation of the quality management system, identify findings, analyze the root causes of quality issues, and put forward improvement suggestions.
參與質(zhì)量管理系統(tǒng)的有效性評估,識別問題、分析質(zhì)量問題根源,并提出改進(jìn)建議。
3. Other tasks assigned by the Quality and Risk Management Department.
完成質(zhì)量和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理部門交辦的其他工作。
The job is based in Xi’An where we operate our Shared Service Center, but the scope of responsibilities will cover our nationwide operations. A limited amount of domestic travel may be required for training and other meetings.
