Acuity is currently looking for dedicated and motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills for its business in Beijing.
Please note that this is a temporary role for 5 months.
Responsibilities:
- Aggressively search for appropriate candidates as per request through different channels (Job websites, campus recruitment, etc.)
- Candidates screening and interviewing.
- Recommend proper candidates to business leaders / hiring managers effectively and efficiently.
- Establish and maintain talent pool.
- Other ad hoc work assigned.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years recruiting experience, being good at CV sourcing and cold calls.
- Previous experiences in Finance industry will be preferred.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines.
- Acceptable skills in English writing and speaking.
- High attention to details.
- Team player.
