【工作職責(zé)】:
1.Implement the sales strategies and annual/quarterly/monthly sales plan according to company policy and plan; 根據(jù)公司的銷售政策及計劃,執(zhí)行公司的銷售策略及年度/季度/月度銷售計劃;
2.Arrange monthly/weekly/daily visit schedule for sales team; 為銷售團隊制定月度/周/日客戶拜訪計劃;
3.Lead sales team to establish, maintain and develop profitable business with targeted customers; 帶領(lǐng)銷售團隊與目標(biāo)客戶建立起有價值的合作關(guān)系,并予以維護(hù)及發(fā)展;
4.Manage and control the sales activities, including contract review and negotiation, claim handling, sales budget control etc; 管控銷售相關(guān)的活動,包括合同審核,談判,報銷,銷售預(yù)算控制等;
5.Keep close contact with high level customers throughout the territory; 和區(qū)域內(nèi)重點客戶保持緊密聯(lián)系;
6.Develop and follow up potential project closely; 密切開發(fā)及跟進(jìn)潛在項目;
7.Determine potential customer cut-in solution together with sales management and implement these solutions; 與銷售管理層共同決定潛在客戶的切入方案并對方案予以執(zhí)行;
8.Motivate and coach sales team for better performance; 激勵并訓(xùn)練銷售團隊以不斷提高績效;
9.Submit efficient & accurate business report & sales forecast on time, maintain required information in CRM system; 及時提交準(zhǔn)確的業(yè)務(wù)報告和銷售預(yù)測,并在CRM系統(tǒng)中維護(hù)相關(guān)信息;
10.Team work with the functional dept.(eg. CSD) to establish and maintain an operational service channel for the customer needs. Continuously improve customer satisfaction; 與其他職能部門如CSD建立并維護(hù)客戶服務(wù)渠道,持續(xù)提高客戶滿意度;
11.Cooperate with HR for daily personnel management incl. recruiting, training, contract renew/termination etc; 與HR在招聘、培訓(xùn)、合同續(xù)簽/終止等日常人事管理事務(wù)上進(jìn)行合作;
12.Other tasks assigned by direct leader. 直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。
【任職資格】:
1.University degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related; 機械、機械電子等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科學(xué)歷;
2.Over 8 years sales working experience in relevant industry with at least 2 years in management position; 相關(guān)行業(yè)8年以上工作經(jīng)驗,其中至少2年擔(dān)任管理職位;
3.Strong leadership; team spirit and good cooperation ability; Good communication and negotiation ability , good mathematical and logic skills, excellent presentation skills in Chinese; 較強的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力,良好的團隊合作精神,優(yōu)秀的溝通談判能力,邏輯思維能力以及優(yōu)秀的中文演示技巧;
4.Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred; 英語說寫流利者優(yōu)先;
5.Good command of MS-office software, be familiar with CRM is a plus; 熟練操作辦公軟件,熟悉CRM系統(tǒng)更佳;
6.Ability to work under strong pressure with good psychology& personal quality; 良好的心理/生理條件,能承受較大的工作壓力;
7.Accept long, frequent business trip. 能接受頻繁的長途出差。
