Main Responsibilities 主要工作職責

-Production workshop management, quality control and exception handling in the production workshop (Ampoule in production area )生產車間（安瓿）、現場管理、質量控制、異常處理等
3.Development發(fā)展:
-Informs about new technological developments. Submits proposals to improve manufacturing facilities.分享新技術的發(fā)展。 提交改進制造設施的建議。
-Executes and examines the testing of new pilot facilities/equipment and new manufacturing methods. Decides on the implementation of new methods as well as the use and purchase of new production facilities.執(zhí)行和檢查新試點設施/設備和新制造方法的測試。 決定新方法的實施以及新生產設施的使用和購買。
-Set up and optimize training management of production department, including new employee, retraining, documentation training, promotion training, etc建立與優(yōu)化生產部培訓管理，包括新員工，各崗再培訓、文件培訓、晉級培訓等等
Experience and Competencies 所需的經驗和能力
（一）Formal Education and Training教育和培訓
1.Education: Bachelor or above 學歷：本科或以上學歷
2.Major: Engineering related majors 專業(yè)：工程相關類專業(yè)
（二）Occupational Experience工作經驗
1.More than 3 years of experience in the area of production or close to production areas (maintenance, repair, logistics,quality) management experience, lean manufacturing 3年以上生產領域或接近生產領域（維護、維修、物流、質量）管理經驗，精益制造
2.Good command of the English language良好的英語溝通能力
3.Extensive lean knowledge which includes 5S methods, value stream analysis, etc. (lean-modules 1*, 2*, 3*, if required)廣泛的精益知識，包括5S方法、價值流分析等（精益模塊1*、2*、3*，如果需要）
4.Optional: Six Sigma 可選：6 Sigma
5.Understanding about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements了解ISO 9001 和ISO 15378的要求
