編制并向生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊(duì)輸出工藝文件；

5. Responsible for standard process implementation and process quality daily monitoring;

負(fù)責(zé)實(shí)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工藝流程并進(jìn)行日常工藝質(zhì)量監(jiān)督；

6. Analyze and optimize bottle neck station;

對(duì)生產(chǎn)線上的瓶頸工位進(jìn)行分析和優(yōu)化；

7. Station layout planning.

生產(chǎn)工位的布局規(guī)劃。

8. Leading team identifies the failure modes of key production processes based on AIAG&VDA PFMEA standards, completes RPN assessments, and outputs PFMEA reports;

主導(dǎo)團(tuán)隊(duì)依據(jù)AIAG & VDA PFMEA標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，識(shí)別生產(chǎn)工藝關(guān)鍵工序失效模式，完成RPN評(píng)估并輸出PFMEA報(bào)告；

9. Conduct team PFMEA specialized training to ensure that team members master analytical logic and tool application skills.
Qualifications:

任職資格：

1. Bachelor or master, major in mechanical or automotive engineer;

機(jī)械工程或汽車工程相關(guān)專業(yè)的學(xué)士或碩士學(xué)位；

2. Proficient in English;

英語熟練；

3. Proficient with computer operation and MS office;

熟練使用計(jì)算機(jī)和Office辦公軟件；

4. Familiar with AIAG & VDA PFMEA 7th edition standards;

熟悉AIAG & VDA PFMEA 第七版標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；

5. At least 3-year experience in assembly process planning.

3年以上的總裝工藝規(guī)劃工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
