College Counsellor Job Description ? College Counselling: 1. Responsible for the daily application work, including parent meeting with all grades, and teaching college admission courses; 2. assist in completing workshops related to college admission, alumni experience sharing seminars; 3. To undertake the application guidance of students, including the determination of university selection, document revision and other application-related content, and regular student or parent meetings. ? Event support: 1. Receive university visits, assist in hosting university public lectures and university exhibitions, and participate in off-campus university lectures; 2. Assist in the student admission of Dalton, including participating in international high school exhibitions, assisting in completing open day presentations, enrollment interviews and other activities; 3. Take the initiative to cooperate with the relevant teachers of the college and school, including writing lab instruction class, Mentor workshop, recommendation letter workshop, and issuance of academic transcripts; ? Other related work arranged by Dalton. Job Requirements · Bachelor degree or above, major in education, psychology or counseling is preferred; · Overseas experience or full-time international school teaching or college counselling experience is preferred; · Experience in overseas study consulting; · Professional English Writing and Speaking, be able to communicate in English (or bilingual). · Team player with excellent communication and coordination skills.
