工作內(nèi)容：
  1. Contracting
    domain knowledge or subject matter expert providing specialist input,
    advice, assistance, and in-depth know-how with research contract drafting
    and negotiating activities 作為合同領域知識或主題專家，為研究合同起草和談判活動提供專業(yè)意見、建議、幫助和深入的專業(yè)知識；
  2. Providing assistance with
    advice and counsel on draft contracts 就合同草案提供咨詢和法律顧問方面的協(xié)助；
  3. Seeking advice and counsel
    from our legal team in China as well as managing escalations 向我們在中國的法律團隊尋求建議和咨詢，并升級管理；
  4. Support the continuous
    improving, maintaining and developing China-specific contract templates,
    including coordination with the CNC Contract Management teams, Legal, Tax,
    Compliance, Privacy, Pharmacovigilance and other stakeholders (for all of

    degree) within procurement, contracting, or management consulting, ideally
    in a matrix organization, demonstrated in-depth conceptual and practical
    knowledge of contract management and negotiations strategies, as well as
    strong demonstrated success in building and cultivating collaborative and
    productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders 在采購、合同或管理咨詢方面有3-5年的經(jīng)驗（如果候選人具有高級法律或其他相關高級學位，則為3年以上），最好是在組織中表現(xiàn)出對合同管理和談判策略的深入概念和實踐知識，以及在與內(nèi)部和外部利益相關者建立和培養(yǎng)合作和富有成效的關系方面取得的巨大成功；
  3. Solid understanding of
    contract law, with several years of experience drafting and negotiating

  4. The ability to understand and
    explain more complex capability information to others or collect/translate
    moderate complexity stakeholder requirements in situations requiring

  5. Experience with a variety of

    act as an enterprise thinker and leverage knowledge and expertise to
    create solutions for business customers by proactively fostering
