4.負責分析新項目中所需的工裝、胎具、夾具、模具、設(shè)備、工具、輔助設(shè)備等工作，制定其技術(shù)要求并負責與供應(yīng)商進行技術(shù)交流，參與其試制、驗收、調(diào)試工作，并依據(jù)項目進度安排制造工程團隊的試制、驗收、調(diào)試的計劃。
5.負責解決制造過程中的問題，并在制造過程中向產(chǎn)品工程師、采購工程師、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計師反饋問題。
6.負責在整個制造過程中達成報價工時目標，并通過適用新工藝，新技術(shù)等努力降低產(chǎn)品制造工時、降低產(chǎn)品在工序中的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍、減少作業(yè)人員來實現(xiàn)效率最高化，產(chǎn)品利潤最大化。
7.負責編制項目開發(fā)階段的制造類相關(guān)文件并在SOP前達成B版的標準，完成項目組要求的關(guān)控類文件。
8.提供相關(guān)資料，協(xié)助完成工廠整體生產(chǎn)布局、包裝工位器具、物料貨架的制作工作。
9.負責新項目、新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中新技術(shù)引進、適用、總結(jié)和傳授工作。
10.完成新項目開發(fā)中的VA/VE工作。
11.完成上級指派的其他業(yè)務(wù)工作。

7. Responsible for the preparation of manufacturing related documents at the project development stage and reaching the standard of version B before SOP
8. Assist to complete the production layout of the factory, packaging equipment and material shelves
9. Be responsible for new technology introduction, application, summary and teaching in new project
10. Complete VA/VE work in new project development
11. To complete other business tasks assigned by superiors
