Key Qualifications & Skills: 1）3+ years of experience in IT service delivery, workplace support, or end-user computing. 2）Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, and workplace technologies. Basic understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops and VMware virtualization. 3）Experience with data center operations, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure. 4）Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a service-oriented mindset. 5）Ability to manage IT incidents and requests efficiently using an ITSM tool (e.g., ServiceNow). 6）Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English to support a diverse user base. 7）Ability to work independently and collaborate with regional/global IT teams
