Assist with marketing manager to plan and implements integrated brand communication campaigns, and monitors actual results against plan and budget to ensure set targets are achieved. 協(xié)助市場(chǎng)經(jīng)理策劃及執(zhí)行品牌整合營(yíng)銷(xiāo)活動(dòng),監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)際效果,確保達(dá)成計(jì)劃與預(yù)算中的目標(biāo); Direct agencies on brand communication and creative development to maximize brand equity. 指引代理公司做好品牌溝通及創(chuàng)意發(fā)展,最大化品牌的資產(chǎn); Closely communicate and co-work with regional sales team and other department to better deliver the marketing strategy and activities. 與地區(qū)銷(xiāo)售及其他部門(mén)緊密合作溝通,以讓市場(chǎng)策略及活動(dòng)更好地展開(kāi)。 Work with channel marketing team for effective channel promotion and good product presence. 與渠道組一起達(dá)成有效的渠道促銷(xiāo)及優(yōu)秀的產(chǎn)品展示; NPD (New Product Development), cross work with Supply Chain for new innovations and launch to market. 新品研發(fā),與供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行跨部門(mén)合作參與新品研發(fā),并推廣到市場(chǎng)。 Identify & exploit business opportunities through superior understanding of consumers, market, and competitor insight & trends, as well as data analysis. 通過(guò)對(duì)消費(fèi)者,市場(chǎng),競(jìng)品的洞察/趨勢(shì)了解以及數(shù)據(jù)分析來(lái)識(shí)別和運(yùn)用生意增長(zhǎng)機(jī)會(huì),幫助品牌成長(zhǎng)。

Education教育背景: Bachelor degree or above, business related area is preferable: 本科或以上學(xué)歷,商業(yè)類(lèi)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu) Good English & Mandarin in speaking, writing, reading, and listening. 英語(yǔ)和中文溝通流暢,聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)俱佳
Experience經(jīng)驗(yàn): A minimum 6-year experience in product/brand marketing with multi-national 至少6年的跨國(guó)產(chǎn)品/品牌營(yíng)銷(xiāo)經(jīng)驗(yàn) PR, Event, Communication Strategy experience 擁有公關(guān),線下活動(dòng),線上溝通策略等相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn) Successful experience in launching new product/brand and portfolio management will be preferred. 具有新品上市成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及產(chǎn)品組合管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先考慮。
