A. Overall Purpose Of The Job
HR Executive provides support to HR operations internally including database maintenance, reporting, staff life cycle management, employment contract/agreement management, staff activities, and other projects assigned.
B. Key Responsibilities:
Staff life cycle management:
- Manage staff on boarding physical check-up, on-boarding, transferring and separation, etc.
- Maintain and update staff's information; manage HR folders and personal files.
- Ensure HR database, HR online systems are timely updated.
- Support in staff cases, social security related matters.
Contracting:
- Prepare employment contracts/agreements and PNFs for each staff.
? Responsible for probation confirmation and contract renewals.
Reporting and administration:
? Assist to prepare all HR related documents such as JD, organization chart, employment letters, etc.
? Responsible for expat’s work permit/visa application and renewal
? Liaison with medical affairs and stay up to date with China medical licensing
legislation and processes
Others:
? Training coordination
? HR activity support
? Other HR tasks
C. Required Skills and Knowledge
? Bachelor Degree or above
? At least 3 years’ working experience preferably in multi-national companies.
? 2 years relevant experience with similar job scope
? Skilled in Microsoft
? Fluency in spoken & written English
? Comprehensive understanding of China Labor Law
? Good data and documentation management
? Passionate, a quick learner and a good team player
? Ability to multi- task and be efficient
? Strong communication and coordination skills
? Accuracy and attention to detail
? Be flexible, have good interpersonal skills and an ability to work under pressure
