Role Summary 職位概述
You will lead internal production, technical coordination and vendor management for a large-scale customer event in Barcelona. If the Project Manager is the “外場(chǎng)舵手”, you are the “內(nèi)場(chǎng)總控”. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will translate the client brief and creative concept into executable technical and production solutions, and lead all production-related work from quotation, vendor management, fabrication, installation, to on-site operation in Barcelona.

Role Summary 職位概述
You will lead internal production, technical coordination and vendor management for a large-scale customer event in Barcelona. If the Project Manager is the “外場(chǎng)舵手”, you are the “內(nèi)場(chǎng)總控”. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will translate the client brief and creative concept into executable technical and production solutions, and lead all production-related work from quotation, vendor management, fabrication, installation, to on-site operation in Barcelona.

Key Responsibilities 主要職責(zé)
· Work side-by-side with the Project Manager to balance budget, creativity and feasibility. Translate the client brief and creative concept into executable technical and production solutions. 與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理緊密協(xié)作，在 預(yù)算、創(chuàng)意表現(xiàn)與可執(zhí)行性 之間找到平衡點(diǎn)。根據(jù)客戶 brief 與創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)方案，拆解制作與技術(shù)需求，形成清晰可行的技術(shù)方案與設(shè)備。
· Lead vendor quotation comparison, technical clarification and support contract negotiation for all production scopes. Balance quality, budget and feasibility – aim for the “best value” solution. 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商報(bào)價(jià)比選溝通與技術(shù)澄清，給到合同談判建議。在質(zhì)量、預(yù)算與可行性之間找到優(yōu)解平衡，追求“高性價(jià)比優(yōu)化方案”
· Develop and manage detailed production schedules, layout plans, technical drawings and on-site manuals, staying fully aligned with the Project Manager. 制定并維護(hù)制作與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行時(shí)間表、平面布局圖、技術(shù)施工圖及現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行手冊(cè)，并與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理保持高度同步。
· Coordinate with venue, local partners and other service providers in different time zones and languages to secure all on-site resources. 跨時(shí)區(qū)、跨語(yǔ)言對(duì)接海外場(chǎng)地方、合作伙伴及各類供應(yīng)商，確?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)資源到位。
· Supervise fabrication quality, mock-ups and pre-builds; manage installation, rehearsal, show operation and dismantling on site. 監(jiān)督制作與加工質(zhì)量，跟進(jìn)樣品與預(yù)搭建；統(tǒng)籌現(xiàn)場(chǎng)搭建、彩排、活動(dòng)運(yùn)行與撤場(chǎng)拆除全流程。
· Identify and manage technical and safety risks; propose back-up plans and emergency responses for critical moments. 識(shí)別并評(píng)估制作與技術(shù)安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，提前制定備選方案與應(yīng)急預(yù)案，確保關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)安全順暢。
· Provide clear on-site leadership to the THP team and external crews, ensuring everyone understands the plan, timing and standards. 在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為 THP 團(tuán)隊(duì)及外部執(zhí)行人員提供清晰指揮，讓所有人理解流程、時(shí)間點(diǎn)與質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
· Document learnings and best practices after the event to support THP’s continuous improvement.

Requirements 任職要求
7+ years of hands-on experience in event production / technical management (conference, exhibition, launch, etc.) preferably including at least two overseas project. 擁有 7年及以上 活動(dòng)制作 / 技術(shù)統(tǒng)籌經(jīng)驗(yàn)（會(huì)議、展會(huì)、發(fā)布會(huì)等）有扎實(shí)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)執(zhí)行背景。至少有 2個(gè)海外項(xiàng)目經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
· Excellent planning, coordination and problem-solving skills; calm and decisive under pressure, especially during build-up and show time. Comfortable using project tools (production schedules, layouts, Excel/Docs/Slides, etc.) and able to read basic technical drawings. 擁有出色的 統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)與問(wèn)題解決能力，能在搭建與活動(dòng)高壓階段保持冷靜、快速?zèng)Q策。熟練使用相關(guān)項(xiàng)目管理工具（時(shí)間表、平面圖、Excel / 文檔 / PPT 等），能看懂主要技術(shù)圖紙。
· Professional knowledge in one or more core areas: staging, lighting, audio, video, LED, interactive technology or exhibit fabrication, rigging and basic safety standards. · Experience in overseas projects or cross-border teams is a strong plus (especially Europe).
