Responsibilities 職責(zé)



Perform daily service job including installation, maintenance, repair, calibration and training.

執(zhí)行日常服務(wù)工作包括儀器安裝、維護(hù)、維修、校準(zhǔn)和客戶培訓(xùn)

Hand in service report, installation report, timesheet report & training memo etc. in time

準(zhǔn)時(shí)提交服務(wù)報(bào)告、安裝報(bào)告、工時(shí)報(bào)告、安裝培訓(xùn)備忘錄等文檔

Provide professional technical support and answer the customer's enquiry

為客戶提供專業(yè)技術(shù)支持、解答客戶問(wèn)題

Backup for other service team member and carry out service job accordingly

為服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)其他同事提供后備并完成相應(yīng)服務(wù)工作

Escalate customer complaint and issues and follow up the solution

負(fù)責(zé)反映客戶投訴和問(wèn)題并跟蹤解決

Accept and complete the assignment upon management arrangement

接受并完成公司指派的任務(wù)





Qualification 任職要求



At least 1 year working experiences in instrument, measurement or analysis and customer service experience is preferred.

至少一年以上儀器測(cè)量或分析行業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具有客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

Bachelor or above in chemistry, food, environmental analysis, or related major.

專業(yè)為化學(xué)分析、食品、環(huán)境或相關(guān)專業(yè)的本科學(xué)歷。

Experience with chromatography, N analyzer, TOC or elemental analyzers is preferred.

具有色譜、定氮儀、TOC或元素分析儀器應(yīng)用實(shí)驗(yàn)和售后經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

Good communication with and understanding the needs of customers, work well under pressure and travel often.

善于溝通、理解客戶需求，能抗壓工作和頻繁出差。

Good learning ability, self-motivated and team player

善于學(xué)習(xí)、自我激勵(lì)并具團(tuán)隊(duì)精神。

Good command on verbal and written English.

良好的英語(yǔ)表達(dá)和書(shū)寫能力。
