- Analyze unqualified products, confirm the feasible solution/method to make them to meet quality requirements分析不合格產(chǎn)品，確認(rèn)可行的解決方案/方法，使其符合質(zhì)量要求
- review the control plan評(píng)審控制計(jì)劃
- provide the professional support t for internal and external complain (8 d, FMEA) 為內(nèi)部、外部的投訴（8D，F(xiàn)MEA）提供專業(yè)的支持
- Coordinate and ensure that the emergencies were properly solved in other dept. Or plant協(xié)調(diào)、保證工廠或者起其他部門的緊急情況妥善解決
- Report to quality manager and direct leader the processing result of unqualified parts向質(zhì)量經(jīng)理和直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)報(bào)告不合格處理情況

2、質(zhì)量提高優(yōu)化optimization of Quality improvement.
- Improve the quality standards during production process -改進(jìn)生產(chǎn)流程中的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)
- To continuously provide proactive and economic measuring plan and methods for product development為產(chǎn)品開發(fā)持續(xù)提供具有前瞻性的、經(jīng)濟(jì)性的檢測(cè)計(jì)劃和測(cè)試方法。
- Optimize quality control process優(yōu)化質(zhì)量控制流程
- Reduce the scrap parts and reworking to reduce the quality cost減少報(bào)廢和返工，減少質(zhì)量成本
- Assist and continuously improve quality, process capability and quality cost.協(xié)助并持續(xù)改善質(zhì)量，過程能力和質(zhì)量成本
- Reduce the internal and external NRFT (PPM減少內(nèi)外部NRFT (ppm)
- Development and optimization of measuring equipment and test methods開發(fā)和優(yōu)化測(cè)量設(shè)備和檢驗(yàn)方法
- Analyze SPC data and quality records to improve the product quality combining the GQS分析SPC-數(shù)據(jù)和質(zhì)量記錄，結(jié)合GQS提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量

3、Audit審查
- Normal layered audit, process audit常規(guī)分層審核，過程審核
New parts新產(chǎn)品
- Attend new product meeting參加新產(chǎn)品會(huì)議
- Assist the new project of APQP, to be a positive team member.協(xié)助APQP的新項(xiàng)目，成為一個(gè)積極的團(tuán)隊(duì)成員
- Give the appropriate suggestion for new parts to project development Engineer對(duì)新產(chǎn)品給項(xiàng)目開發(fā)工程師提出適當(dāng)?shù)慕ㄗh
Project working項(xiàng)目工作
- Assist project team for process optimization協(xié)助項(xiàng)目組進(jìn)行流程優(yōu)化
Organization組織
- Train all related employees about production, control plan and measurement mothod, especially in the period of process introducing and changing. 對(duì)所有員工關(guān)于生產(chǎn)，控制計(jì)劃和測(cè)試方法進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，尤其是在引進(jìn)和更換流程的時(shí)候
任職要求：
1. More than 5years working experience in quality engineer 5年以上質(zhì)量工程師工作經(jīng)驗(yàn).
2. Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, etc tools熟悉APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA等工具
3. Knowledge of machining, heat treatment, powder metallurgy機(jī)加工，熱處理知識(shí)，粉末冶金一般知識(shí)培訓(xùn).
4. Good communication skills良好的溝通能力.
