Key Dutys:
1.Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and client presentations.
2.Coordinate and track sales leads, quotations, and follow-ups with clients and overseas agents.
3.Maintain and update customer records, rate approvals, and booking data in internal systems.
4.Support the Sales Executive in organizing client visits, meetings, and sales call activity reports.
5.Liaise with internal departments (e.g., operations, customer service, documentation) to ensure client requirements are met.
6.Monitor booking status, equipment availability, and schedule updates to support proactive client communication.
7.Ensure timely submission of rate requests and approvals to principals and tariff management teams.
8.Handle routine client inquiries and escalate complex issues to the Sales Executive or relevant departments.
9.Assist in compiling weekly and monthly sales performance summaries.
10.Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Sales Executive or management.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree,English and related majors are preferred.
2.CET-4 and above.
3.Proficient in office software, good communication skill.
4.Treat work seriously and carefully.Responsible, careful and conscientious, strong learning ability, and team spirit.
5.This position is an internship position, with good work performance, could be turned into a regular after graduation, and needs to ensure working hours of four to five days a week

7.確保及時向委托人和電價管理團隊提交費率請求和批準。
8.處理日常客戶查詢,并將復雜問題上報給銷售主管或相關(guān)部門。
9.協(xié)助編制每周和每月的銷售業(yè)績總結(jié)。
10.履行銷售主管或管理層分配的其他行政職責。
任職要求:
1.本科學歷,英語及相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2.英語四級及以上。
3.熟練使用辦公軟件,良好的溝通能力。
4.對待工作態(tài)度認真、仔細。有責任心、細心認真,有較強的學習能力,有團隊合作精神。
5.該職位為實習生職位,需要保證一周四天至五天的工作時間 。如在職期間工作表現(xiàn)良好,畢業(yè)后可轉(zhuǎn)正。
