Duties and Functions:
- Handle HR inquiries, questions and requests from employees, including but not limited to employee life cycle, employee benefits etc.
- Counsel employees and explain company policies and daily operations.
- Manage and follow up on work orders and chatbots to ensure timely resolution of issues and provide accurate responses.
- Provide support for reporting and data analysis within the team to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of HR services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of employee issues and needs.
- Participate in the planning, implementation and execution of HR programs.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Familiar with HR related laws and regulations, and able to accurately interpret and apply these laws and regulations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with employees of different levels and backgrounds;
- Ability to learn and adapt to change quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 software
- Demonstrated team player.

要求與資格:
- 本科及以上學歷。
- 良好的英語口語和寫作能力。
- 熟悉人力資源相關(guān)法律法規(guī),能夠準確解釋和應用這些法律法規(guī);
- 出色的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠與不同級別和背景的員工進行有效溝通;
- 能夠快速學習和適應變化,并能在快節(jié)奏的工作環(huán)境中處理多項任務。
- 熟練使用 Office 365 軟件
- 具有團隊合作精神。
