Provide administrative support to General Management Office (GMO) including:
· Prepare for various meetings.
· Organize/support various events.
· Assist in following up tasks assigned by GM/CM/DGM.
· External & internal communication on behalf of GMO.
· Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars.
· Travel arrangements for GM/CM/DGM: book tickets & hotels, expense claim.
· Documents filling and be sensitive to confidential documents.
· Fulfil special business tasks assigned by GM/CM/DGM
In charge of internal communication:
· Publish announcements to all employees.
· Plan and organize Annual Party, Outing and other events.
Assist in administration management:
· Management of company seal.
· Management of office stationery, green plants, etc.
Main Requirements 主要職位要求
· Above 2 years’ working experience in Assistant / Administration management.
· Bachelor’s degree or above, major in English/Business is preferred.
· Strong interpersonal & networking skills.
· Initiative & Result Orientation.
· Fluent in both spoken English and written English.
· Skillful usage of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Experience in data analysis (e.g. Power BI) is preferred.
· General understanding of Siemens Products and Markets, knowledge of MV products will be value added.
· Team player, good communication skills.
