Actively share and communicate experiences within the team and department. 在團隊和部門內(nèi)積極分享和交流經(jīng)驗。 Competence崗位要求: 1.Bachelor's degree or above. 本科及以上學歷。 2.Marine Electrical Engineering, or Electrical engineering in products such as Drives, Switchboards, Power Systems. 船舶電氣工程，或變頻器、配電盤、電力系統(tǒng)等產(chǎn)品的電氣工程專業(yè)。 3.At least 3 years of marine working experience. 至少3年的船舶行業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗。 4.Experience in Marine electrical solution provider is preferred. 有電包系統(tǒng)工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 5.Fluent communication, both oral and written in English. 流利的英語口頭和書面溝通。 6.Practically oriented with the ability to cooperate with colleagues, solve problems and deliver. 以實踐為導向，能夠與同事合作、解決問題和交付。
