"* Responsible for
new product sample build and define manufacturing process and standard working

improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize the performance of

* Assess and audit new
suppliers to ensure they meet company quality requirements, and continuously
evaluate supplier performance to ensure ongoing compliance with business needs.

* Collaborate with
procurement, supply chain, and related departments to drive supplier capability

* Participate in
supplier quality notifications (such as SAP system quality notifications),

* Identify hazard
sources, conduct risk assessment/environmental factor identification and

* Be responsible for
the identification of hazard sources, risk assessment/environmental factor
identification and evaluation of activities, products and services within the
jurisdiction of this department, and determine and implement relevant control

Requirements
"* Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering 機械/工業(yè)工程學士學位
* 3+ Years working
experience 3年以上相關工作經驗
* Excellent knowledge
in root cause analysis and problem solving優(yōu)秀的根本原因分析和問題解決知識
* Good knowledge of
Lean Manufacturing. 良好的精益生產技能，。
* Good English verbal
