Documentation and Training: Maintain accurate process documentation. Conduct training to ensure
alignment with optimized processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with procurement, logistics, sales, market management, and
quality teams to resolve bottlenecks and enhance efficiency.

教育背景和工作經(jīng)驗要求：
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics
Management, Information Systems, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or
related fields.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in supply chain process optimization, preferably in the medical device
or life sciences industry. Internship or project experience also considered for junior candidates.

Abilities: Analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. High learning agility and
openness to adopting best practices from within and outside the organization.
