崗位職責：
? Executive daily work and develop project independently
? Execute the packaging projects in ASO in line with the packaging standards and Standard Operation Procedures
? Identify the Packaging tasks/projects using THD product onboarding system and work with suppliers, Service providers and internal team in planning and executing them
? Validate packaging tests and inspection plans designed to assure quality of product packaging based on a review of all applicable safety standards, industry requirements and historical data, and THD requirements as described in SBA. Transfer packaging CTQs into tailor made quality control programs as appropriate
? Review the packaging CTQs and specifications for any new product or product enhancements
? Review/develop the packaging Test Protocol for conducting Pre purchase testing.
? Review the test reports from services providers for packaging namely PPT report and PSI reports
? Work with Suppliers/SP and SQE/Sourcing leaders/merchants and identity the CAPA and drive to close the CAPA actions
? Review and resolve packaging issues with suppliers, factories, service providers, and packaging vendors.
? Train the Service providers and suppliers on the THD packaging standards and updates as required
? Learn/develop the packaging knowledge and expertise

? Strong skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
? Self starter
? Experience in the Home Improvement and retail industry preferred
? Independently sees projects through to an end result
? Proven ability to execute and deliver on time.
? Four-year advanced technical or engineering degree preferred
? Bachelor degree or above in Packaging or others
? 3-5 years experience above of packaging and printing related field, less experience would be consider as Packaging Engineer
? In depth knowledge in quality assurance and quality control.
? Good project management experience and organization skills.
? Cross function communication skills – English / Mandarin – Oral / Written – Computer
? Knowledge of the following areas:
Multiple packaging materials, such like corrugated, plastic, wooden, etc.,
Packaging structure design & Packaging test
Flexography, Offset, Screen Printing technology
? Conventional and Digital pre-press technologies
