Principle Accountabilities: 主要職責: u lUtilize advanced search techniques to identify potential candidates on databases, job boards, social media sites and other channels that meet required criteria. l運用高級搜索技術(shù),在數(shù)據(jù)庫、招聘網(wǎng)站、社交媒體及其他渠道上尋找符合要求的潛在候選人。 u lIndependently handle social recruitment as strategic business partner. l作為戰(zhàn)略業(yè)務伙伴,獨立負責社交招聘。 u lActively participant in the full life-cycle recruitment including job posting / candidate sourcing / screening / shortlisting, driving business-candidate interviews, offer approval process, etc. l積極參與全流程招聘,包括職位發(fā)布、候選人尋源、篩選、短名單確定,推動業(yè)務部門與候選人面試,錄用審批流程等。 u lDeeply involve in Campus recruitment, including vendor & cross-function communication, promotion, interviewing, Open Day coordination and Offer releasing, etc. l深度參與校園招聘,包括供應商及跨部門溝通、宣傳推廣、面試、開放日協(xié)調(diào)及錄用通知發(fā)放等。 u lUpdate recruitment dashboard on daily basis to keep accurate track of interview progress. l每日更新招聘數(shù)據(jù)看板,準確跟蹤面試進度。 u lSupport team to set and maintain candidate databases as well as recruitment related website promotion. l支持團隊建立并維護候選人數(shù)據(jù)庫,以及招聘相關網(wǎng)站的推廣。 u lPerform other assignments required by leaders. l完成上級要求的其他任務。 Experience / Education 經(jīng)歷/教育背景 u lBachelor's degree or above, preferably in management, business, human resources or related major. l本科及以上學歷,管理、商科、人力資源或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先。 u lMinimum 3 years working experience as head-hunter or in-house recruiter for manufacturing industry. l至少3年制造業(yè)獵頭或內(nèi)部招聘專員工作經(jīng)驗。 u lExperienced in communicating and updating all levels of stakeholders. l具備與各級別利益相關者溝通和匯報的經(jīng)驗。 u lCampus Recruitment Project experience will be a plus. l有校園招聘項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。
