Responsibilities

Work closely with all hiring managers to clarify
recruiting requisitions; take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers
about the recruiting status, provide complete and transparent analysis of
recruiting status.
?
Conduct CV screening and candidates sourcing
through effective channels including proactive search, net working, internet
postings, etc.
?
Coordinate internal transfer process with HR BP
and relative department managers to make sure smooth transfer across the
organization.
?
Take full responsibility of offers (incl. offer
proposal, issue offer letter, offer communication with candidates, etc.)
?
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain
relationships with qualified candidates and contacts. Work closely with HR BP
to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing.
?
Have open-eyes on external market and build up
talent mapping of key functions
?
與所有招聘經(jīng)理密切合作，明確招聘要求；主動(dòng)與招聘經(jīng)理溝通招聘情況，提供完整透明的招聘情況分析。

通過主動(dòng)搜索、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)帖等有效渠道進(jìn)行簡歷篩選和候選人篩選。

與HR BP及相關(guān)部門經(jīng)理協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)部調(diào)動(dòng)流程，確保整個(gè)組織的順利調(diào)動(dòng)。
?
全面負(fù)責(zé)offer（包括offer proposal， offer letter， offer與候選人溝通等）
?
建立候選人渠道，維護(hù)與合格候選人和聯(lián)系人的關(guān)系。與HR BP緊密合作，建立/維護(hù)提供內(nèi)部資源的人才庫。

Engineering/Manufacturing functions

Minimum 3-5 years recruiting experience either
in-house or in consulting firm
