Key Responsibilities:
1. Office administration
- Responsible for providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to handle incoming calls, receive visitors and office daily operation management.
- Manage office suppliers, including procurement, inventory management, distribution, and recording.
- Manage admin team documents and maintain public folder, distribution groups and both internal & external contact lists.
- Support meetings, company events and projects when necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
2. Sales activity support
- Prepare bidding documents and other materials required by the projects.
- Ensure all required documents are accurately and timely completed.
- Assist with the preparation of sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an office administrative or a sales assistant role is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.
- Proactive, self-motivated and ability to work independently as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
