Responsibilities 工作職責(zé):
- Order, distribution and management of office stationery辦公用品的訂購(gòu)、發(fā)放和管理;
- Office tea and coffee management; 茶和咖啡的訂購(gòu)和管理工作;
- Office furniture and office key management. 辦公家具和鑰匙管理;
- Office facilities management and meeting support; 辦公設(shè)備的購(gòu)買、維護(hù)和日常管理以及會(huì)議支持;
- Office property management: environment, security, decoration and door access; 物業(yè)管理,包括辦公環(huán)境的維護(hù)、公司安全、裝修和門禁管理等;
- Local company vehicle/driver management; 本地車輛和司機(jī)管理;
- Company Gift Management; 公司禮品管理;
- Company business license and chop management; 公司營(yíng)業(yè)執(zhí)照和公章的管理和日常使用;
- Local support for visa application and coordination for foreign visitors; 協(xié)助本地員工申請(qǐng)簽證,協(xié)調(diào)外方來訪工作;
- Local support for demo management; 協(xié)助demo的運(yùn)輸管理工作;
- Organization for business events in local office; 負(fù)責(zé)組織本地員工的一些活動(dòng),如新年晚會(huì)、家庭日等;

Qualifications 職位要求:
- Bachelor degree or above in English, foreign trade or related majors; 英語(yǔ)、外貿(mào)或其它相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
- Min. of 5 years work experience of administration affairs in foreign enterprises is preferred 五年以上行政事務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),有外企工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
- Good communication skill and capable in coordination 良好的溝通技巧和協(xié)調(diào)能力
- Problem solving skill 善于積極主動(dòng)解決問題
- Good sense of responsibility and teamwork 具有工作責(zé)任感和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神
- Fluent English reading, writing and speaking skills 流利的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)和讀寫能力
- Good knowledge of MS office 熟練使用辦公軟件
