2. 主導質(zhì)量體系的建立、維護與改進，包括 IATF16949 等汽車行業(yè)相關(guān)體系，組織內(nèi)部審核與管理評審，確保體系有效運行。
3. 參與客戶項目的前期策劃，結(jié)合項目管理經(jīng)驗，制定質(zhì)量目標與控制計劃，識別潛在質(zhì)量風險并推動解決。
4. 處理客戶質(zhì)量投訴與反饋，進行根本原因分析（如使用 8D、魚骨圖等工具），制定并跟蹤整改措施，確保問題閉環(huán)。
5. 與供應商緊密協(xié)作，開展供應商質(zhì)量審核與績效評估，推動供應商提升質(zhì)量水平，保障零部件供應質(zhì)量。
6. 收集、分析質(zhì)量數(shù)據(jù)，編制質(zhì)量報告，為管理層決策提供依據(jù)，持續(xù)推動產(chǎn)品與過程質(zhì)量的提升。
任職要求（Job Requirements）
1. 本科及以上學歷，5年及以上汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量工程師工作經(jīng)驗。
2. 熟悉汽車行業(yè)質(zhì)量體系（IATF16949）及相關(guān)標準，具備豐富的質(zhì)量體系搭建與維護經(jīng)驗，有成功通過體系認證的案例。
3. 具備扎實的項目管理能力，熟悉項目開發(fā)流程，能有效整合資源推動項目質(zhì)量目標達成。
4. 擁有從 QTR 到 PPAP 全流程的質(zhì)量管理經(jīng)驗，深入理解各階段的關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點與要求。
5. 有大眾汽車供應商工作經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，熟悉大眾的質(zhì)量標準、審核流程及要求。
6. 英語熟練，能作為工作語言，流利進行口語交流與書面溝通，可獨立閱讀和撰寫英文技術(shù)文件及報告。
7. 具備良好的問題解決能力、溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及團隊合作精神，持有六西格瑪綠帶 / 黑帶證書者優(yōu)先。
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the full-process quality control of auto parts from the QTR (Quality Technical Requirement) stage to PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), ensuring that all links comply with customer and industry standards.
2. Lead the establishment, maintenance and improvement of quality management systems, including IATF16949 and other auto industry-related systems, organize internal audits and management reviews to ensure the effective operation of the systems.
3. Participate in the pre-planning of customer projects, formulate quality objectives and control plans based on project management experience, identify potential quality risks and promote solutions.
4. Handle customer quality complaints and feedback, conduct root cause analysis (such as using 8D, fishbone diagram and other tools), formulate and track rectification measures to ensure problem closure.
5. Collaborate closely with suppliers, conduct supplier quality audits and performance evaluations, promote suppliers to improve quality levels, and ensure the quality of parts supply.
6. Collect and analyze quality data, compile quality reports, provide a basis for management decisions, and continuously promote the improvement of product and process quality.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of working experience as a quality engineer in the automotive industry.
2. Familiar with automotive industry quality systems (IATF16949) and related standards, with rich experience in building and maintaining quality systems, and having successful cases of passing system certification.
3. Possess solid project management capabilities, be familiar with project development processes, and effectively integrate resources to promote the achievement of project quality objectives.
4. Have quality management experience in the whole process from QTR to PPAP, and deeply understand the key quality control points and requirements of each stage.
5. Work experience in Volkswagen suppliers is preferred, familiar with Volkswagen's quality standards, audit processes and requirements.
6. Proficiency in English, able to use it as a working language, fluent in oral communication and written communication, and able to independently read and write English technical documents and reports.
7. Have good problem-solving ability, communication and coordination ability and team spirit, and those with Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt certification are preferred.
