Role and responsibilities
? Administrative Support & Calendar Management / 行政支持與日程管理:
? Coordinate the CTO’s schedule (meetings, business trips, events) with clear prioritization and efficiency.
統(tǒng)籌 CTO 的日程安排(會議、差旅、商務活動等),確保優(yōu)先級與效率;
? Prepare bilingual (CN/EN) executive meeting materials, document minutes, and track action items.
準備高管會議材料(中英文),撰寫紀要并跟進關鍵事項執(zhí)行;
? Facilitate cross-departmental and cross-timezone collaboration, maintaining relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
協(xié)調跨部門、跨時區(qū)溝通合作,維護內外部利益相關者關系。
? Strategic Project Coordination / 戰(zhàn)略項目協(xié)調:
? Assist CTO in driving corporate-level initiatives (e.g., organizational optimization, digital
transformation) through data collection, analysis, and reporting.
協(xié)助 CTO 推進公司級戰(zhàn)略項目(如組織優(yōu)化、數字化轉型等),執(zhí)行數據收集、分析與匯報;
? Monitor manufacturing industry trends and regulatory changes to inform decision-making.
跟蹤制造業(yè)動態(tài)及政策變化,為決策提供背景支持。
? Information Management & Confidentiality / 信息管理與保密:
? Ensure security and confidentiality of executive-level documents, establishing efficient information workflows.
維護高管級文件機密性與安全性,建立高效信息管理流程。
Requirements:
? Education Background / 教育背景:
? Bachelor’s degree or above; preference for Business Administration, Public Administration,English, or related fields.
? 本科及以上學歷,商業(yè)管理、公共管理、英語或相關專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
? Knowledge of manufacturing operations or multinational corporate processes is a plus.
? 熟悉制造業(yè)運營模式或跨國公司業(yè)務流程者加分。
? Skills & Experience / 技能與經驗:
? 3+ years as an executive assistant or in multinational team support; manufacturing/industrial experience preferred.
? 3 年以上高管助理/跨國團隊支持經驗,制造業(yè)或工業(yè)領域背景者優(yōu)先;
? Full proficiency in both Chinese and English. Reporting to a foreigner.
? 中英文雙語流利,匯報對象是老外;
? Advanced MS Office skills (PPT/Excel);
? 精通 Office(尤其 PPT/Excel);
? Excellent time management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments.
? 出色的時間管理與多任務處理能力,適應高強度工作節(jié)奏。
