Job Responsibilities工作職責(zé): 1. Be responsible for preparing commercial issues including cession margin, Proto & miscellaneous billing and invoicing related. 2. Work with FSSC Finance team to meet month end and year end closing requirements. 10. Ensure business and reporting complies at all the times with Operating Policies and Internal Control. 11. Supporting and assistant work related WCM. EHS 1. Total comply with local regulations & laws and follow site EHS procedures /rules. 全面遵守地方政府的EHS法律法規(guī)以及公司內(nèi)部的EHS規(guī)定。 2. Timely report any EHS related injury /environmental / occupational health cases and near miss cases and TF4/TF5; and ensure all corrective actions will be closed within defined timeline. 及時(shí)匯報(bào)各類工傷、環(huán)保、職業(yè)健康事故、事故隱患和不安全行為/環(huán)境，參與事故調(diào)查，按時(shí)落實(shí)改進(jìn)措施。 WCM Skill 1. Understand the Basic concept of Loss and able to use 5 Level KPI management to manage the KPI 2. Able to apply or coach other people to use Basic Problem Solving tools, such as 5WHY, 5W1H, and specific loss related route to eliminate the loss in daily work 3.
