職位描述

桌面運(yùn)維系統(tǒng)運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì)管理
崗位職責(zé):
1、根據(jù)公司信息化建設(shè)規(guī)劃，建立信息安全管理體系，確保公司信息安全；
1.Establish an information security management system in accordance with the company
s IT strategic plan to safeguard corporate information security;
2、負(fù)責(zé)公司數(shù)字化團(tuán)隊(duì)的組織建設(shè)，根據(jù)數(shù)字化建設(shè)需要，對團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行調(diào)整優(yōu)化、調(diào)配及考核；
2. Lead organizational development of the digital team, including restructuring, optimization, allocation and performance evaluation based on digital transformation requirements;
3、負(fù)責(zé)部門體系建設(shè)，相關(guān)制度文件的編制、完善與監(jiān)督執(zhí)行；
3. Oversee departmental system development, including drafting, refining and enforcing relevant policies and procedures;
4、依據(jù)信息化項(xiàng)目推進(jìn)計(jì)劃，負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目的成本預(yù)算、調(diào)研分析、設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)、數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入、驗(yàn)收交付及人員進(jìn)度、問題風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等的統(tǒng)籌管理；
4. Manage all aspects of IT projects including budgeting, research, design, development, data migration, acceptance testing, resource allocation, and risk management per project timelines;
5、負(fù)責(zé)公司內(nèi)外網(wǎng)絡(luò)的建設(shè)、優(yōu)化與維護(hù)，保證各業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域網(wǎng)絡(luò)及系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行；
5. Design, optimize and maintain internal and external network infrastructure to ensure reliable operation across all business units;
6、負(fù)責(zé)公司監(jiān)控、弱電等工程的規(guī)劃布局、設(shè)備安裝、網(wǎng)絡(luò)維護(hù)等管理；
6. Manage planning, installation and maintenance of security surveillance and low-voltage systems;
7、上級領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他臨時(shí)性工作。
7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
任職要求:
1、大學(xué)本科及以上學(xué)歷；計(jì)算機(jī)相關(guān)專業(yè)；
1. Bachelors degree or higher,major in IT or related;
2、5年以上IT管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，3年以上部門管理經(jīng)歷；
2. 5+ yearsIT management experience,3+ yearsdepartment management experience;
3、精通WINDOWS平臺服務(wù)器管理及網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理，熟悉系統(tǒng)實(shí)施流程；
3. Proficient in WINDOWS platform server management and network management, familiar with the system implementation process;
4、熟悉各類ERP、OA、MES系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用、系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)及多種系統(tǒng)實(shí)際管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.Familiar with the application, system structure and practical management experience of various ERP, OA , MES.
5、精通主流品牌的服務(wù)器、存儲(chǔ)設(shè)備、路由、三層交換機(jī)的配置及應(yīng)用。
5.Proficient in the configuration and application of mainstream brand servers, storage devices, routing and Layer 3 switches.
