生產(chǎn)物料管理現(xiàn)場管理質(zhì)量管理
崗位職責:
1、根據(jù)公司的年度經(jīng)營目標，參與制定并執(zhí)行本部門的年度工作目標和各階段工作目標；

s annual business objectives, participate in the formulation and implementation of the department
s annual work objectives and work objectives at various stages;
2、全面控制、協(xié)調(diào)生產(chǎn)部門的資源及各項生產(chǎn)活動，保質(zhì)、保量完成交付；
2.Fully control and coordinate the resources and production activities of the production department, and complete the delivery with quality and quantity guarantee;
3、優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)流程，提升生產(chǎn)效率（如OEE設備綜合效率、產(chǎn)能利用率）；
3.Optimize the production process, improve production efficiency (such as OEE equipment comprehensive efficiency, capacity utilization);
4、監(jiān)控關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)指標（如良率、工時損耗、換線時間），推動持續(xù)改進；
4.Monitor the key production indicators (such as yield, man-hour loss, line change time), promote continuous improvement;
5、配合品質(zhì)部門執(zhí)行質(zhì)量標準，減少生產(chǎn)過程中的質(zhì)量異常和返工；
5.Cooperate with the quality department to implement quality standards, reduce quality anomalies and rework in the production process;
6、執(zhí)行7S與精益生產(chǎn)管理，管控生產(chǎn)成本，杜絕八大浪費，降本增效；
6.Implement 7S and lean production management, control production costs, eliminate eight wastes, reduce costs and increase efficiency;
7、負責生產(chǎn)團隊的日常管理，包括績效考核、技能培訓及人員發(fā)展等；
7.Responsible for daily management of production team, including performance assessment, skill training and personnel development;
8、完成上級領導交辦的其他任務。
8.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學歷，理工類（機械電子/物理/化學）等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher in STEM fields(mechanical electronics/physics/chemistry) or related;
2、8年以上電子/半導體封裝/汽車制造/自動化設備類大型制造業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)理工作經(jīng)驗，有臺資/日資企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先，管理幅度超過600人；
2.8+ years
electronic/semiconductor packaging/automotive manufacturing/automation equipment large-scale manufacturing production manager experience, Taiwanese/Japanese enterprise production , management range of more than 600 +;
3、精通精益生產(chǎn)管理、運營管理、成本控制等相關(guān)工作流程；
3.Proficient in lean production management, operation management, cost control and related;
4、具備良好的計劃、組織、協(xié)調(diào)、創(chuàng)新等管理能力。
4.Excellent planning, organization, execution and communication ability.
