Draft, review and manage contracts, accurately control risk points, and put forward professional review opinions. 10. Assist the business department in key contract negotiation; 11. Provide legal advice on basis of 3rd party overdue AR results, evaluate legal risks of further action and advice the best approach. 12. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
