工作職責(zé)：
1.確保倉庫的接收和發(fā)料符合倉庫的SOP和其他相關(guān)的工作指導(dǎo)
Make sure warehouse activity such as Goods receiving and issuing should follow warehouse SOP and related working instruction.
2.原物料和成品的處理需要符合生產(chǎn)的要求及出貨計劃
Raw material and product handling properly to meet production requirement and shipping schedule
3.確保倉庫運行符合安全，環(huán)境，職業(yè)健康，質(zhì)量（GMP），財務(wù)要求的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
To ensure warehouse operation conform with the standards of work safety, environmental, healthy, quality(GMP), finance requirements.
4.確保倉庫設(shè)施和設(shè)備維護良好，以避免業(yè)務(wù)中斷。
Ensure Warehouse facility and equipment is well maintained to avoid operation interruptions.
5.確保倉庫按規(guī)劃儲存，秩序良好。采樣，標(biāo)識活動無誤或違反GMP規(guī)定
To make sure warehouse physical storage according to planning and in good order. sampling, labelling activity without mistake or disobeying GMPrules.
6.按規(guī)定對統(tǒng)計報告和運輸記錄進行存檔。 對接收/發(fā)放單據(jù)等倉庫文件進行良好管理和存檔。
Statistics report and record for shipping to be well documented for authority requirement. Receiving/issuing notes etc. Warehouse documents well managed and archived.
7.良好的現(xiàn)場管理(5S).
Goodhousekeeping in warehouse（5S）
8.執(zhí)行領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的其他任務(wù)。
Carry out othertask assigned by supervisor.
任職資格：
高中以上學(xué)歷
1，SAP/ERP應(yīng)用方面的知識和經(jīng)驗
Good Knowledge and experiences on SAP/ERP system utilization
2，2-3年或以上化工/類似行業(yè)或等同職位
2-3 years or above with Chemical industries or similar industriesor equivalent position
3，對倉庫進行合理布置擺放及文件管理能力
Warehouse mapping, location with proper physical handling and documents management skill
4，倉庫設(shè)備設(shè)施操作技能
Operation skill on warehouse facility and Equipment
5，危險化學(xué)品方面的安全知識，有GMP工廠工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先
Knowledge on safety issue such as Dangerous Goods，Experiences in GMP plant would be advantage
